Soooo sleepy

Ugh, first shift SUCKS! I was ready for bed at 7:30 last night, and unfortunately didn't get to go to bed until 10:30. der der der. I babysat after dinner and they were later than they thought they'd be in getting home. So, I've been dozing off all morning at work. No good!! Thank goodness tonight I have nothing. Maybe I can make it to the Y. I'm just not a morning person, especially when I have to be awake for a 10 hour shift. 6-2 would be nice, maybe I'll just impliment that today, and leave work at 2.. heheh. Anyway...

It's a strong possibility that I will be switching shifts, yet again. Someone else just gave their 2 week notice, on the shift I've always wanted. So, when my supervisor was complaing that someone else was leaving, I was like "I'll do it!!!" She got all excited and told me that sounded great. Rock on. So, if I do that, I'll have weekends off!!! Well, I'll have to work at 2 on Sundays, but that doesn't count. Sun-Wed 2pm-midnight. Perfection!! =) So, keep your fingers crossed for me. I might actually be able to have a life now!

Mom & Dad are safely in NY. I'm hanging out with the wuppies at the house. Not that I've been there all that much.. but still. It's weird with only 4 of them, and not having Freckles around. =( I've had all of them sleeping with me at night; oh boy is THAT fun! Hopefully it'll be nicer after this weekend and the hurricane, so I can enjoy having the pool right there.

I guess that's about it, there is really nothing exciting going on.

How in the WORLD did you sleep with all four of them? I had enough trouble the one day I slept over when I was house- and pet-sitting for your parents a couple of years ago, and Onex kept getting her freakin' ball stuck under the furniture and whimpering and bouncing around for me to play! Maybe she and the rest of them have mellowed out a little?? Hehehe.
