Where have I been?

Well goodness, it's been quite a while since I've posted. Sorry to all you loyal readers. :-P

First things first.. I heard back from Youth Villages, the so called awesome job I found. They wanted me to come for an interview, after I reviewed a list of things about the job, including responsibilities, expectations, and salary. I was not impressed at all with the salary.. the same as I was making at TCH to do more than what I'm doing now. On call 24/7 except for weekends which rotate, traveling all over for intensive family preservation counseling, and it's in Greensboro. There is a bonus/bump up after 6 months, that would match my current salary, but dude, I can't make less money even if it is only for 6 months. Someone called me too, and I asked if there was any wiggle room, and there isn't at this point in time. Saddness.

Work continues to be nuts as we get closer to March 20 when the state imposes all their stupid changes. It's nuts. We were finally told to inform our clients of all the stuff, but not given all the info so when they asked us questions we couldn't answer them. It's the most retarded thing EVER! People are going to get screwed over so bad. And I'm sure it can all be traced back to Fat Head George Bush. 1052 days left, and his "apporval" rating isn't even at 40% Special.

What else has been going on? I went to see Hailey in her school musical "Beauty and the Beast". It was really good, for middle school kids. She was a chorus girl so she was in all the big song and dance numbers. She looked so grown up with her stage makeup!! And hanging out with her friends at Hams after the show... cuteness.

I really can't think of anything super exciting to write about. You'd think with not posting in 2-3 weeks I'd have something cool to talk about. Nopers. Boring boring boring. I need some excitement in my life, dammit!
