Nashvegas

Man., I love Nashville & Clarksville. Why does it have to be so far away. It's ok for a random weekend trip, but it's too far from family. =( I want to live there again so much. Colleen & I had a blast this weekend, and I was reminded of what a fun area it is. We toodled around Clarksville, went out & about in downtown Nashville, and just had fun. Of course, we were living in the "vacation world", so it was nothing like the real world of having to get up & go to work and such.. but still... it's just a happenin' place all the time.

We went out to The Stage, listened to live music, drank lots of fun drinks, played pool, & just hung out. I got to visit with Robin & Mike, who are 2 of the funniest, coolest people ever, and their special cats that entertained us for over an hour. It was just really fun, and I'm sad to come back to reality. After my 6 months of new employment are up, I'm going to have to take more days off and visit more.

Colleen is the best travel buddy too.. we amused ourselves quite well on the car rides & laughed & acted stupid the whole weekend.

Yay for new & old friends. :-)
