WTF?
Finales have sucked this week.
First, 7th Heaven's series finale blew chunks. Then, Gilmore Girls with it's stupid cliff hanger and no resolution to the "will they/won't they" ordeal of Lorelai and Luke. I can't take it. I think it might be good that the Paladino's are leaving that show, b/c the second half of the season has kind of sucked, at least in terms of the whole Luke, Lorelai, April thing. Although I do wonder if the new writers will use Amy Sherman-Paladino's supposedly already written final episode, I kind of hope so, since the whole show is her brain child.
Ok, just had to vent. I sure hope Grey's Anatomy can do better.

We were amazed that they kept using the random people playing music on Gilmore Girls to waste time on the last few episodes!

Yeah, that was annoying too. So much could have happened in those valuable minutes!!

I hate it when writers of a show forget how to write consistently for their characters. It pissed me off when The West Wing got stupid after Aaron Sorkin left, because I felt like these characters I knew so well were starting to do things I knew they wouldn't really do. First of all, I was too addicted to that show... but there's a valuable lesson here anyway. The character on that season finale was not Lorelai... it was Lauren Graham wearing her clothes. It's sad to see TV shows go away, but I think it's better than having them get crappy.
