Sko me!

I'm so proud of myself.

A few months ago, I figured out how to change a fuse for my cigarette lighter in my car.

Today I changed my windshield wipers AND put in a new rear brake light all by myself! I'm so handy! Next I'm going to try to figure out where (or if!) there is a light in my trunk. I swear at one point there was, but lately it hasn't been coming on. There is nothing in the manual about it, but I'm going to figure it out. It's annoying to look for something in the trunk without a little light!!

I also FINALLY washed, no make that scrubbed, off the "NC OR BUST" that Erica wrote on my rear windshield while we were decorating Lauren & Steve's car. I've gotten so many comments & questions about that the last few weeks. Some people think it's something about NC State or UNC, others want to know where I came from that I had that on there. Just like my license plate, it was a conversation piece! lol. Good job, E!

Hey, I do what I can. =) Sorry it was so hard to get it off... I wonder what Lauren & Steve had to go through to get all their decorations off!

Sko for handy Nicole! As for decorations, we still have a few little popped balloons in the backseat. We washed off the paint on the side windows and took off the streamers the day after the wedding, and that came off pretty easily. I wanted to leave the "Just Married" on the back until we drove to Philadelphia Monday 7/24 though, so we did. There were a few funny instances as a result -- like Z & I driving around together, or Z driving between State Col and Philly by himself! LOL! But, we were so busy before leaving for Minnesota that Wed, that we didn't wash off the Just Married. It stayed on there until we got back from our honeymoon Monday, just a few days ago! Steve washed off most of it with Windex, but there are still some spots of red. I s'pose it's my turn to take a stab at it... :-)
